WEST PALM BEACH - Steve Shepherd is a tough nut to crack. The
owner of Steve Shepherd's Karate, Kick Boxing and Boxing Center
has been a successful fighter and trainer for 21 years. But when
he saw Ben Hitt, David Lewtere and Scott Mock working out in
this ring, he thought, "Those kids can be world champions."
Sound too much like a dialogue for, say, "Rocky VI"? Maybe so,
but who says life can't imitate art? The three are currently on
top of the amateur kick boxing world, earning Internation Sport
karate Association world titles. |
